Poverty Environment Net is a website dedicated to promoting improved efforts to address poverty-environment relationships globally.

The purpose of Poverty Environment Net is to collect and share knowledge and experiences on poverty-environment linkages, lessons learned and best practices in responding to poverty-environment challenges. The website has been established with support from the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Poverty and Environment Program (RETA 6150), which is cofinanced by ADB and the Governments of Norway and Sweden.

Poverty Environment Net seeks to foster exchange and collaboration with all interested poverty and environment stakeholders from Asia and other parts of the world, including Poverty and Environment Partnership members, DMCs agencies and academia, NGOs, community-based organizations and other development organizations.
